The Four Place Names of Wine Jars

The jars would show up at 90 different sites, only have four place names on them. They represent the main agricultural growing regions from which the food stores or sorry, the wine or whatever is being sourced and then distribute it. So where are these located? Well, none of them are in the Shre'la, right? And why is Hebron and Ziff two place? I mean, they're only separated by something like 12 kilometers.
