A good strategy that i found in my last rendition of my business is mike mc Callowitz wrote a book called profhit first. And he literally shows you, on paper, as far as the money goes, how to replace you when it comes to salary versus draws. Understand the money behind your business, it will help you understand how to budge it to replace yourselfen where you need to be to be able to do that. My first agency was at like two point three, two point four million dollars in revenue, and we had over 20, 20 employees. That's not a profitable company, but i didn't know any better.
