Sally Kohn: For me, it was also a lot about this open mindedness and take time to reflect. She says she's been more active actively trying to do nothing of late because just filling filling every activity with some some some information flowing through your ears is not really helpful for creative thought. So I'm all in your camp there trying to find solitude and boredom and trying to think independent thoughts. And how do you do that? Like practically do you go away from the city or do you shut off your phone in certain hours or I go to the gym?
