The Negative Effects of Net Law on the World

I think that in particular the American legal system has just swung way too far in favor of heavy legal processes. So much of winning like a civil suit is just having the right lawyers. It's having resources that you're back. And it sort of manipulates all sorts of relationships even when they don't touch the law because certain parties know that they will never realistically be exposed to liability for violating the law.
