You Can't Train Physically Without Also Spiritual Training Is Good
If you go to train physically, do something spiritual. Listen to a worship song, or listen to a sermon. Pray, pray, ame,. Maybe have your bible open and after a set an, read a chapter orRead a verse or something. Our body is capable of doing so much more than just looking good. You can pick people up when they're down. And you like protect people whenever you're a healthy person. I hope you feel a challenge, but i'll also hope that you have a the just will to commit this year to being healthy, a body, soul, mind, spirit all the things.
