The Importance of Hiring a Community Manager
At what point do you see the need for hiring a community manager? It certainly depends. I would always say in my mind, if someone who's done it kind of solely most of my career is that the need is when you find your expanding outside the reach that you were capable of. When you start spreading yourself thin, to whoever you're like, okay, I can only get 50% here. I can get 10% here and whatever. That's where you're realizing. And so it's really important to start getting a community manager involved because they're the ones that are going to be help lifting it up.
