How to Maximize Muscle Protein Synthesis

Vanessa: I always say don't go less than two meals a day because then you're only getting one opportunity to build muscle protein synthesis. But what I like about the study design that you did was just something I never considered before considered before is doing for example five to six days a week where you're doing this protein pacing approach and then fasting on one or two days of the week. And so yeah, you really are going to see changes if you change when you eat and not your macros.
