Is My Relationship With Food Healthy?

Bi eating is not the only kind of sign that someone has a disordered relationship with food. Thinking about food 20 for seven, planning the next meal and day dreaming are all common red flags. Missing out on social occasions or feeling really anxious when you're with friends can also be telling. If there's a rule where it's like 'but then that's often going to be a food rule' this could be an indication they need help.
