The c basically is threatening to sue. Maybe even at this point, if you're listenings now, they might have already hit coin base with a lawsuit around a lending product that coin base was going to release. So the problem is this, big coin and etherium are ether or not securities, so they actially can't regulate big coin right? Or ether however, if you’re pulling funds together and creating a mechanism where people can pull big coin and earn interest on it, t is now a security right? And they are going to take tha opportunity. They basically when, ok, this looks like a security product,. We're going to exercise our right to regulate
