The Perniciousness of the Real Estate Market
It's hard to overstate almost how systemically catastrophic this is when you start messing with the money, especially monopolizing it by fiat and disconnecting it from gold. The cascade of consequences is damn near universal. You're less likely to succeed to succeed at entrepreneurial activities because you can't trust the actual pricing of capital goods and puts and outputs to your business. So it's very pernicious.
