The Role of a Teacher in Terravada Buddhism

There are different traditions in which the role of a teacher is a little bit more important than others. In terravada and early, you know, sort of in the early tradition, generally and in terravada, because they are different. So it sort of depends on your tradition. But I don't think there's quite the same sense of them sort of really plotting out your trajectory as much within the terravada tradition.
