How to Optimize Your Sleep

I really feel like all the products and services now that I am involved in are tailored to females, probably who have experienced similar things to myself. To optimize my sleep each night, there are two things that I do that are my non negotiable. The first is to get outside and get early access to morning light. And the second one is to block blue light in the evening with blue light blocking glasses. They don't let any of that sneaky light come in underneath the lens, which I used to find really annoying when I was reading a Kindle.
