People get more competitive with Fitbit with a leaderboard, but you don't need the leaderboard. It's about if you see that number tick up, you know you made progress. My big worry is that if you spend a lot of time playing games, you might start to expect your attempts in life will be quantified. I'm worried about them making Wall Street bankers.
