What's the Scale of Public Health Interstructure?
We need serious investment in state implementation of contact tracing, and doing that at scale. I think the other thing nothing we've been missing is a really major, consistent and unified, across all country, public education campaigns. The way i think of it is that we've been trying to fight a really powerful disease with public health infor structure that is akin to a network of country roads. What we actually, really need is a network of interstates. It's hard to turn on a dime and replace your country roads with a set of interstate compacts. We're doing our best to make the kind of end-to-end public health interstructure that you need to fight this disease
