Preparing for the Elections During a Pandemic
Nate Silver: I have completely thrown myself into the really nitty gritty questions of how to prepare for the election during a pandemic. He says it's becoming extremely difficult to distinguish between foreign sources of disinformation and domestic sources because they are mimicking each other. The focus on Russian disinformation tactics in 2016 has given them more credibility, he says. But having said that, that doesn't mean the online environment is a particularly healthy one for this election.
