The Self Is a Kind of Perception
Our experience of selfhood is a kind of percetual it's a complex experience. I experience on very low levels. I experience myself as having a particular body, this object in the world, that is part of me. And then at the highest levels, we experience ourselves as having a trans temporal identity. Like i am the same person, in some way, that i was this morning and yesterday, and even maybe five years ago. We are all partly constituted by our social and cultural environments. It's certainly not a single essence, an essence of unus, that might survive death of the body and evrm all sorts of other unlikely consequences. But there is an evolving bundle of
