Can the Industry Do Better in Terms of Customer Service?
Bob Jordan: I don't think we hit a point where that mix of 7s and 8s really becomes a problem until you get into 24 or 25. Even though we are off our delivery plan with Boeing, because we are still pilot constrained, it is not affecting our capacity. Complaints are up in August given the fact how many more people are flying. Can the industry do better in terms of customer service than it did before the pandemic?
