Irobot combines traditional value analysis with the merger is potentially a catalyst for short-term profits. Buybacks to some more tax efficient than special dividends or increases the price of the dividend. So this is telling me that a company as a whole, things that it's stock is undervalued and that they would be better off having a buyback authorized if they want to buy in the future.
