Martin Johnson: We must be really careful not to allow people to change what i think is the obviousna around prejudice. The suggestion that institutional racism is an unhelpful concept or in somehow it's asking for special treatment, i think, is insidious. He says he was son of windrush yoow and got the windrush gig because of his heritage. But if you are respected for your intellect as one part of the ethic minority cohort, you're going to have a very different experience of racism than somebody who is barely respected for anything but their physicality.
