Many organizations approach the way they're trying to influence their employees. I think companies are sort of think about customers in local markets. But if we look at other attempts to influence people, things, for example, that are deployed on employees, often that same level of thought doesn't happen. So what I might term as sort of behavioral economics imperialism, a presumption that your way is the right way. It's taking a bit of time because also all pretty in a new culture, you also have other challenges to really navigate through.
