The Importance of Relaxation Components in Athletes

Athletes are often very bad at relaxing their muscles so one of the things that you see is in more intermediate athletes contraction and relaxation tend to take about the same amount of time. If an athlete doesn't have a good muscle coordination he's going to be pulling the blood on the venous side of circulation when he's actually doing this ultra-aphylon. He probably needs to bring that floor upwards so he could work at higher relative intensities without outstripping his own oxygen supply. i'd be trying to get different measurements of these various areas because i can make assumptions for him  i doubt he's limited by his ability to utilize oxygen the tissues he were limited by that he
