How much working out do we need to be doing? I know that i've cot a move to assist somewhere, working out about five days a week. You have to figure out what works for you and take it slow, one week at a time. The key is resistance training, picking up heavy stuff and putting it down. One day recoveryis enough. Make sure you do and waits every day.
