Jana is a state of deep concentration and meditative absorption. It's achieved by letting go of distractions and focusing the mind on a single object. Through this practice, we can develop insight and mental clarity and wisdom. And with Jana, as I said, we can achieve greater insight and wisdom which can ultimately lead us to Nabana - cooling off of reactivity.
