Aeratextinosis - Is There a Murmur in Syncope?
The adage that as aeratextinosis gets more severe to critical, that a murmur can actually get quieter and go away? Has anyone ever heard that? I've heard that before. In 70 of 74 or 95% of patients with mild had a murmur. So if any of your listeners knows of a study or even a case reporter of a patient with severe or critical AS who did not have a murmur, I would love to see it because I feel like that is handed down and it is such folklore.
