If you invest in someone who's great, that expected revenue could have five X revenue or you can have 20 X revenue. And then the other part is like losing people is negative like ROI. So I just think it's so important that not only do we put a lot of resources into hiring the best people we can, but then when they get there, developing them and engaging them and retaining them.
