The Importance of Being a Good Person
Colin Ferguson was charged with harassment of a Caucasian woman on the subway in 1992. A year later, he gets a payout from his workers' compensation claim against that security company and he actually gets over $26,000. He wanted them to reopen the case because he said he was still in pain. In April 1993, Ferguson decides he's going to move to California for better opportunities. The next day Gibbs calls Turnerman and puts down an $82 deposit on a gunmans motel.
