The Importance of Working With Designers

I had very little design support. I really liked working with designers. They were just really strapped. And so, you know, there was one project where maybe I got one day per week of a designer's time for a couple of months. While in my new role I have a lot more of the designers time and so we do have high fidelity mock ups that we're able to do user research on customers. We actually did just start to engage with the marketing team at the bank now because I think they are thinking about doing some some advertising around sell. But that's honestly something I'm kind of excited to get involved withBecause I my second job in my career was actually digital advertising research
