In 99 % of dutch municipalities, young adults find it increasingly difficult to buy a home. Osness has been rising across europe for years and some governments seem to be better at dealing with it than others. I'm really interested in this policy of housing first in finland which basically did away with the assumption that vulnerable people should have to work through whatever problems they're facing before being able to get permanent place to stay. How well do you think that policy has worked? And do you think it's something that could work in other places?
