Do You Lean a Lot on Tools?

Do you lean heavily on tools or do you, because you're saying a lot of things that are more manual days in their search nature? Yeah, it's a very manual process, I should say. So I don't rely on much on tools, I do use the tool keyword chef CHPF. It's the closest I've seen somebody building a tool that's doing something similar. But still I always go over manually and check the competition.
