How Do We Plan for Success in Our Organizations?
In my experience, ta stops when the person is hired. So whatever happens afterwards, whether it's good or bad, is not linked to te so this is something for me that i can discuss char but not te because he is out of this question. But we do look at things like atrician, and our attrician data is quite high at the moment. We're going on a journey at the moment that wee've opened up some strategic locations where we're moving most of our hiring. And the a lot of the stuff that i get back from the business is how get future skills ready for the business in these locations.
