Terry Loughlin's Total Immersion Technique

Buck: I'll just take a minute because you know taking questions from all kinds. Back in 2016 I think it was 16 I listened to Tim Ferriss's podcast about how he spent his whole life trying to swim and unsuccessfully did not succeed. So I contacted Terry Loughlin who taught his total immersion technique or TI. He actually flew out there but unfortunately had end-stage cancer when I saw him.
