iReporter: How did you feel at the moment that here you are? You're in the middle of creating a software base keyboard for a touch screen phone. It's hard when you're shown something new and different, particularly if you have a psychological and emotional investment in status quo. We believed in steve part o bout. The way that we made the iphone is, while we were developing it, we were using it to the extent possible. And so it was this challenge that had multiple vis to it.
