Are the Church Fathers More Authoritarian Than Others?

Do we have evidence that the church fathers viewed one or more books as maybe more authoritative than others? We absolutely do. It's clear in a lot of different ways, one ways to see which ones they quote the most. There are some books that made it into the New Testament that were not seen as authoritative at all by many people.
