The Effects of Exercise on Sleep

In the morning we are in a more favorable state, because again we've been somewhat fasted overnight. And then we start to activate our fat burning processes so that one makes perfect sense that hormoneally in the morning. It's a more ideal time for us to target fat loss as a major outcome. So health improvement fat loss morning is better. In the evening, we have a different hormonal balance right we haven't we have hormones that increase our body temperature. We have greater blood flow. The fact that we observe these greater improvements in muscle strength and endurance and power, especially in the women and men makes perfect logical sense. But certain types of exercise that we do later in the day are
