The Dangers of Anti-China Politics

Senators Rick Scott and Tom Cotton are introducing a bill to end China's permanent normal trade status PNTR, as we call it. This all comes from basically Scoop Jackson and Congressman Charlie Van Ekko of Ohio. It was about anti-communism, particularly anti-Vietnam anti-Communism. And this is the time to pressure the Russians to do what they eventually did.
