A lot of people hear and they say, whell, i can't train 12 hours a week, so i guess i'm screwed, you know? Because at the end of the day, volume, volume, in my mind, means time. It's kind of tough to do a really high volume programme on on a really crunched time budget. I very much was that busy grad student for quite a few years. My basic guidance would be, if you can try to hit each mussel group twice per week, you're probably going to be in pretty good shape with appropriate proximity to failure.
