Lizza: I would love to have an employee who is respectful and courteous of coursed. But that really does tell me the truth about how what i might have said could be misperceived, or didn't frame something well for the organization. And so few people that are willing to do that. Most of the diminishing that's happening in the work place is accidental. It's not that tyrannical micro managing, no at all. Bosset's like trying to keep you down and keep you in the place. So when it's accidental, it's so much easier to go in and say, like, can i make my contribution? Is is acknowledged here.
