The Future of Citadel
Citadel is a prison where people are sent outside for cleaning when they do something against all the rules. They go out in a little spacesuit, they have little pouches on their spacesuit with cleaning materials. And then their job is to clean the camera before they die. "I don't want them here and I love wasting one," Jones says of Citadel's water system.
