Building Approvals for High Rise Apartments Are Holding Up
Residential construction is coming off its peaks on the back of the construction pipe line created by home build, the home builder programm that we saw. We would expect construction in the resy space to continue to slow for at least the next twelve months. And when that does come back, we are going to see again, a housing shortage start to appear in this in this country.
