The Battle of Second Manassas
Fitz John Porter was court marshalled and convicted of refusing to obey a direct order to attack. He tried to argue that he hadn't gotten any official order. But the second stage argument went, you didn't have to have a direct order. You kept fresh troops away from their comrades who were clearly under attack. The battle is called Second Manassas but it's not as well known as first bull run Manassas.
