The Importance of Knowledge in Astrophysics
If we want to predict what a star will do, we first have to guess whether there are any people near it. To make almost any prediction about astrophysics, one must take a position about what type of knowledge will or will not be present near the phenomenon in question. It follows that humans, people and knowledge are by far the most significant phenomena in nature. The explanations to almost all physically possible phenomena are about how knowledge would be applied to bring those phenomena about.
