It takes eight seconds to take a guitar out of a case. A friend of mine plays the violin, and he was not practising nearly as much as he wanted to or needed to. He placed his violin right in the middle of his living room floor. So i end up playing like an hour a day ys it's there. And this also your example of the guitar the guitar case. It shows how like habits can bleed into each other,. How it can be useful to so let's say that you go to guitar lessons, you have an instructor, or you play with a band, or whatever.
