Teacher Career Coach Course - What Obstacles Did You Overcome to Land a Job?

I think confidence was a huge one like I said that I just felt like all my skills were classroom and I just couldn't imagine why anyone would want to hire me being that all my experience was in teaching. The course really helped me to believe in myself that I did have skills that were totally transferable and that positions outside of schools were gonna see as valuable. Yeah that's the main reason why I wanted to make the teacher career coach courses because I felt the exact same way  and so I wanted to help open everyone's eyes to the potential of you know there are all these other people out there.
