Is Public Ownership a Good Idea?

Real workers United is really trying to shed light on as a model even for today. The rail system would be administered by a publicly owned corporation with the board that includes workers and representatives of the public on it. So, you know, having public ownership doesn't mean that workers are going to be treated well or that things are run well.
