PwC has two types of sabbaticals. One is a milestone sabbatical that people get when they get promoted to director. In my case, I negotiated a non-mild stone sabbatical which was also available. It's been working great with my employer and the flexibility that I have been getting from them. So we both understand that this may not work long term, right? so we take this lifestyle for now.
