How to Get Rid of Adhesions

A first couple of weeks i felt like i was just going rigormortis, like, total locked out. But as the sensitivity dropped for me, i was able to start to feel more. As i'm working from origin to insertion on any muscle, a lot of times i can feel those crunches. And then when we find that adhesion, we can start to stack modalities and start to smooth that out. Depending on the professional tas you're working with, they're going to have a technique that's going to help you release something that's either not firing or sub optimaely firing.
