The Role of the Sino-Hu Node in Bradycardia
There are two key areas of interest when we think about bradycardia. You may not be surprised to hear actually the sino-HU node and the HIO ventricular node. And that means that we are either failing to generate the impulses appropriately or we're failing to propagate those impulses appropriately. The rate of spontaneous depolarization of each area of the heart decreases as we kind of progress down the conduction system.
