There's a part in the book you quote, he never published this, I don't think. And it says, he is an advocate of solar power satellites and industrialization of space. Since O'Neill colonies politically, he considers himself a libertarian monarchist. He also talks about being a Sherlockian, which is, which is great fun. But yeah, whether he would have categorized himself as that towards the end of his life, certainly not today.
