Am, we've talked a lot. There's a lot unsaid. Is there anything you want to bring to this conversation, a benediction or a blessing to leave folks with? Well, i think one thing i would say is a hum I think we not only need to be kind to ourselves, but we really need to think about what we do once we identify a complex emotion. You can't roll around in it all the time. But you also can't ignore it. So we really have to find that balance to honor our our experiences of these feelings that are difficult to talk about.
