Is It Possible to Apply This Concept to Russia?
We are witnessing a hundred year process of collapse of the empire. First, russia lost poland and finlandad and the baltic states after the first world war. Now we are witnessing an uncreated, kind of the subjugated states in central europe. Ado, you think t this process will continue? I hope so. But i cannot say that it's it is possible. And i am not sure that politically, this er part these parts of russia are ready to be, to be the new political nations and political states.
